Privacy Policy
Version 2026-09-27 · Last updated September 27, 2026
The short version
We ask for your email address and a password, and that is essentially it. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not know what you trade, because we never ask and you never tell us.
1. Who we are
DMAGNT operates the website at dmagnt.com and its dashboard. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use it, why, and what rights you have over it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Your email address and password, when you create an account. The password is never stored in a form we can read — our authentication provider stores a cryptographic hash of it, and neither we nor they can recover the original.
- The date you accepted our Terms, and which version you accepted.
- Anything you send us by email or through a support channel.
Information collected automatically
- Technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. Our hosting and authentication providers generate these automatically. They exist so the Service can run and so we can investigate faults and abuse.
- Session storage in your browser: a token that keeps you signed in, and small preferences such as your chosen colour theme. These live in your own browser, not on our servers.
What we do not collect
- Nothing about your trading. We have no connection to your broker. We do not know your positions, your balance, your orders or your results, and we never ask.
- No payment card details. When paid plans exist, a payment processor handles them and the card number never reaches us.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers.
3. Why we use it
- To create your account and let you sign in.
- To provide the dashboard and decide what your account has access to.
- To send you messages that concern your account, such as email confirmation and password resets.
- To keep the Service secure, detect abuse and diagnose faults.
- To handle payments, when paid plans exist.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We will not send you marketing email unless you ask for it, and if we ever do, every message will have a one-click way out.
4. Who else sees it
We use third-party providers to run the Service. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they are not allowed to use it for anything else:
- Authentication and account database — stores your email, your password hash and your session tokens.
- Website hosting and content delivery — serves the pages and keeps standard access logs.
- Application hosting — runs the service that answers the dashboard's requests.
- Market data providers — supply the options data. They receive no information about you; we query them on our own behalf, not yours.
- Messaging platform — if you join our Telegram channel, that relationship is between you and Telegram, under their own privacy policy. We see only what any channel administrator sees.
- Payment processor — when paid plans exist.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights and safety of people. If DMAGNT is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer as part of that, and you will be told before it happens.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Where it is stored
Our providers operate servers in the United States. If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred there and processed under United States law.
6. How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account exists. If you close it, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except for anything we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons, or to resolve a dispute. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our providers and then rotated out.
7. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed. Access to the data that runs the Service is restricted, and requests for market data are rejected unless they come from a signed-in account.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you promptly and explain what happened.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct it, if it is wrong.
- Delete it, and close your account.
- Send you a copy of it.
Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, and we will honour them.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the version and date at the top, and for material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email.
